This virtual event will be an opportunity to unwind after a busy day while meeting other members of the Chattanooga tech community.
The yoga practice will be led by Karalee Ensign. She will show simple stretches & breathwork that you can do throughout your work day!
All you need to bring is yourself, water, & a chair (a wall works, too).
Karalee is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher with a trauma-sensitive yoga certification. She is also ChaTech's Event Planner! She grew up in Chattanooga, spent the last decade in California, and recently returned to home in January. Her yoga journey started like many others. She went to a yoga class at the Sports Barn to find back pain relief and a designated time to sit still. Soon, yoga became her passion. She received her Teacher Training certification at YogaWorks in Los Angeles. She teaches a variety of styles, such as: vinyasa flow, gentle yoga, yoga for office professionals, as well as movement and breath work for marginalized communities. Each of her classes are unique. Expect to leave energized, stronger, restored, and a little bit lighter in mind, body, and soul.
